The Administration of the Society is based on the Memorandum of Association and rules and Regulations of the Society. The Governing body of the Society consists of the following ex-oficio members and the overall management and administration of the Society and its properties shall vest in the Governing body. The Managing Director is the immediate charge of the management affairs of the Society subject to the control and supervision of the Chairman and Governing body.The Managing Director is assisted by three Department heads viz. Manager (Personnel and Administration), Controller of Finance and Accounts and Production Manager. All Department heads are professional Managers.
